Terms of Service

San Diego Beach Fires (SDBF) will provide the supplies to have a lawful beach fire according to local laws and regulations. Booking Party is at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all supplies provided by SDBF and maintaining a legal beach fire as has been provided. Parties are fully responsible for actions of their guests and agree to adhere to all San Diego’s local laws and regulations. SDBF will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries in relation to any SDBF event. Selected beach locations are approximate locations. SDBF will contact clients at least 15 minutes prior to event start time with exact coordinates of the event depending on beach crowds, beach capacity, and ocean tides. In the rare event that an event needs to be moved <30 minutes prior to start time, events will never be moved further than a short walking distance (<5minutes) from the set location. SDBF reserves the right to bill the form of payment on file for any missing and/or damaged supplies, unpaid balances, or cancellation/no show fees. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your event start time for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are responsible for the full amount of the event. If your beach fire event needs to be canceled due to weather a full refund will be issued.
