  • We suggest first deciding if you want to be on the oceanside or the bayside and also what type of terrain you prefer for your event. We have found that most of our guests have a better overall experience on the bayside, but every guest is different! The bayside offers a quiet and calmer atmosphere with both beachy/sandy locations as well as more park/grassy type terrain in some locations. All 3 of our recommended oceanside locations will be directly on the beach in the sand with the view and sounds of crashing waves. Check out our map and locations description page for all our suggested location options.

    Still not sure where to book your event? No worries, we can help you with that! You can simply select “Help me Pick!” in the location dropdown menu in the booking process and we will contact you to find the perfect location for your event needs.

  • No need to select a package! However, it is the fastest way to get your reservation booked! When you select one of our packages they are set up at a discount compared to contacting us and creating your own custom package. You also have the option of adding any add-on options to your package during the reservation process so you can customize your event without needing to reach out to us!

    If you do have a special event or occasion that you would like to customize and make special requests for then please contact us, we are more than happy to assist! If your event does require a custom quote then it is subject to additional fees (these will be completely up front fees and included in the quote we provide you).

  • Parking around the beach areas is always in high demand during peak season and weekends! Keep in mind that a select few parking lots in the beach areas close as early as 10:30PM. Always be aware of where you park and read the posted signage. It is highly recommended you plan ahead and arrive early to find parking if needed. Which brings us to our next question…

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late then we may need to leave your supplies unattended so that we can get to our next location. You are also responsible for all the beach fire supplies (there are some add ons that we will not leave unattended) during your scheduled times and your beach fire end time cannot be extended in most cases if you are late. We run a tight schedule in order to best service our customers, please plan ahead and arrive early if anything!

  • We ask that cancellations be made as far in advance as possible. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your start time for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours are responsible for 50% of the total cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are responsible for the full amount. If your beach fire needs to be cancelled due to weather (extremely rare here in San Diego!), you will be fully refunded or rescheduled based on availability, your choice!

  • No, your credit card is not charged and is only collected to reserve spot at that time.

  • Please reach out to us, we will respond as soon as possible! We are generally able to respond within 24 hours but please be patient during our busiest months (May-Sept) and holidays!
